Full of good-for-you ingredients, this mixed berry smoothie bowl is rich in vitamin C and low in calories, and will fill you up and get you going on a hot morning. It takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Don't be
afraid to get creative with seasonal fruits and your favorite toppings. Make
this recipe dairy-free by eliminating the nonfat Greek yogurt.
INGREDIENTS
Smoothie bowl base:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt (optional)

1/3 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS
Blend together the almond milk,
frozen banana, frozen berries, and nonfat Greek yogurt (optional) until
smooth.
Pour your smoothie base in a small
